We booked a double queen room with pullout couch. There were none of those rooms available when we checked in. We moved rooms twice and then waited a long time before the very helpful and kind receptionist brought us a small bed for our 5th guest in our group. Seriously, she was very helpful, but it was very late and I had paid for a specific room that I did not get.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile. The breakfast options were awesome and the food was delicious. The Hampton is the best. Everytime I stay at one, I'm pleased

Location The air conditioning units are extremely loud and makes sleeping noise free difficult.

Breakfast was good. There were a lot of options and the ladies cleaning the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again! The location was also fantastic; it is super close to shopping and restaurants.
