Room :comfy bed but a little dated and some what musty smell. Staff very friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast good. Overall property clean

The pros - Clean location, affordable price, reasonable breakfast. The cons: This had to be one of the most uncomfortable beds known to mankind. It was so soft it was like a gummy worm meets marshmallow - with dips in the middle and it seemingly tilted backwards. My boyfriend and I were in misery throughout the night. We were on the second floor (there are three) and the ceiling had to be paper thin between us as we heard the person walk above us at all times. At 4:00 a.m. ish there was some sort of loud clanging in water pipes that seemed like a clog traveling thoroughly the building. It was so loud it woke us up, as well as the person upstairs. While it sounds like the other woken up guest was doing a tap dance, I know they were just walking throughout the room. So, 4 a.m. rise and shine.....once the clanging ceased we uncomfortably dozed off again.....only to be woken up to the tap dance again at 8:15 a.m. The staff was nice, price reasonable and location good......but I kind consider sleeping essential when getting a room to sleep somewhere. Hotels should reconsider the cheap plank flooring when doing upgrades as, well, carpet pads and carpet serves a purpose with noise dampening.

unsanitary environment and the staff were rude

We were traveling back from a funeral and this was our halfway spot to rest for the night. The room was okay, however the lamps were a bit stained, the bath tub was stained, we didn’t feel it was clean enough to use, and the room felt really humid even though the air was on. The breakfast was ok, not a lot, just the basics to get you on your way.

Clean and neat and it smelled good! Hard to get to off the highway.

Close to all the things, shopping and eating and entertainment on 280 and the interstate. My son enjoyed the indoor pool. The breakfast was okay, had some hot foods and other typical things. Beds were comfortable but this place could use some updating. The appearance when we pulled up definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. However, it was fine for the price and a nights stay! They tried really hard to charge my card before I even left for my trip which was a 2 hour drive. I got a ton of emails about pre check in and after reading reviews I was afraid they’d take my money and not give me a room so I did the pre check in and paid before coming out of fear. Seems like a quick scam tactic if I would have been later showing up than I expected to. The young lady at the front desk was quick to assume things and wouldn’t listen. Customer service could be worked on with them. They hide in the office and I guess see when people come up on camera or listen for the door to open. I had to make the door open for them to hear me cause I stood there and could hear giggling in the office and no one came up to the desk until I heard them say something like “someone is up there”. I asked for a pool towel and she said “the pool closes in 3 minutes” and I replied “I know, that’s why I need a towel for my son…” just kind of felt rude and not quite using their common sense. I was fully clothed so clearly not headed to get in the pool. The tub felt like it may fall in and it was hard to turn the knob for the shower to come on.

Clean and friendly Bed was very hard

Very good

Staff at the front desk was great. The carpet in the hall and rooms were sticky. Pool hours should be extended latter for adults to enjoy without splashing children.

I liked that it had a pool and breakfast included. The room smelled bad and it was muggy.

The stay was ok, but room smelled of mold and was very musty. Smelled like a smoker had been in the room. When I left the property a day early than expected, but paid for the room the deposit was never refunded after several phone calls and promised a return call to settle this, but no resolution due to the claim of I had an animal in the room. I don't even own an animal and was traveling there with my daughter for a softball tournament. This was very unprofessional of this Hotel and I will never recommend anyone to stay at such an establishment that lies on their guests just to make more money. This I want to address to whomever needs to know until I get my deposit back. This is not acceptable behavior.

The breakfast was pretty good. It wasn't clean, the elevator smoked, the repair work done to the rooms and hallways was pretty bad work and paint. It had a bad smell. And the pool was closed for "repairs" and that pool was the reason we booked the hotel.
