Old City Boutique Hotel

Breakfast view and relatively good location The upper bunk bed was not done also it had spiders the sheets were stained some with gum other cigarette burns and the curtains were slashed

The hotel is very cosy and clean, i stayed there for 4 nights and was planning to go to another place but i changed my mind and stayed at the hotel. The view of the room was breathtaking. George, the receptionist was super helpful, I wanted to change my room, so he gave me another one with better view with the same price as a goodwill gesture. This will be my destination whenever I come to Tbilisi. Nothing

When I came, it wasn’t clean. There were hair everywhere. The bathroom wasnt clean.

It was dirty. I had to check out straight away after I saw the room.

The room was clean and of decent size There were a lot of noises, both during the day and during the night. May have been from the elevator; they were annoying, especially when sleeping

It's a lovely hotel in quite neighborhood. Within walking distance from the liberty square, numerous caffes and restaurants. The staff was very welcoming, breakfasts were deletions, rooms clean, I enjoyed my stay very much. It's absolutely worth it's price.

Nothing really Its hard for taxis to get there because of the location, the room wasnt clean, or prepared to have guests in, there was 1 towel fo the whole room, the bed wasnt made, there was no cover for the quilt, there was one toilet paper roll and breakfast was not good. Defenatly not a 4 star boutique hotel. A 2 star would be accurate and nice to know before hand.

The staff was very polite. The roof terrace was nice. The bedsheets were clean. The towels smelled really bad. The blankets were used and dirty. They had makeup stains and hair on them. The bathroom had a very bad sewage smell

There was no towels provided as promised, there was only 1 blanket for the 1 bed, there was no toilet paper provided nor after requested twice. The coffee machine was not operational on 2 days with breakfast. The rooms walls was moldy and we had to leave the windows open the entire duration of the stay. The TV had no remote and could not be used. When asking the hotel staff for blanket and remote they only advised that they don't have any to provide.

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall environment was pleasant and well-kept. We appreciated the small details and the friendly service throughout our stay. it’s a really nice place — perfect for families traveling with kids. We’d happily come back again! ?

Nothing This was the worst nightmare I've ever had . If you're reading this review, book another hotel, even if it's cheaper. They put me in a room 30 cm from the reception. The guy stayed up all night on his cell phone, the shower didn't work for the first few days, they didn't clean the room, and the breakfast was terrible, or rather, the breakfast. They didn't refund the money I paid; I had to lose the money and leave. They didn't refund me, and even Booking.com didn't resolve it; they just kept passing the buck. I don't recommend this place; it's not a hotel or guesthouse, it's a horrible place.
