Very pleasant and friendly owner. Conditioner at 35C worked excellent. Bathtube was helpful after long walks. Balcony is a plus! High ceelings - very nice volume. There were no Kitchenware, though written in the description.

- Interesting location: I have stayed in my previous trips in the old city & Liberty square, and thought to try that part of Tbilisi this time and it didn’t disappoint and I got more sense of Georgia, and in 10 or 15 mins walking I’m already in the important parts of Tbilisi. - Room size: Spacious - Price: very good value for money - Staff: very friendly and helpful - Facilities: However Value for money it’s ok.

The stuff and the location was perfect. I have never met stuff better than them. Basically everything was fine. There were soup, towels, fan, paper, brush, extra sheets, condicioner, hot water 24/7, there were everything that was written and shown in photos. Very good hotel for its value Basically everything was fine, but please make noise cancellation a little bit better if possible (by changing the floor)

Location is fantastic .. super clean rooms and washroom is sooo perfect and cosy with best owner around. How ever we stayed for just 1 day may be next time surely will stay there for more All good

To be honest the hotel is so confy,quiet and accessible to everything just walking distance.highly recommended.

Everything Nothing

Great location: a 10-minute stroll to the city center. The room was much bigger than expected; the bathroom was especially spacious. It has a bath and it's a wet rooom (an extra shower). The owner was super friendy; he even treated us with some ice cream. :) We communicated in Russian. The furniture is a bit outdated, but it's functional.

We loved the staff they were really helpful with everything, no matter the issue they were ready to solve it! The location was nice too, only 15 mins away from main attractions and the center. Close to a bus stop and lots of shops for food/ basic stuff. The hotel facilities were good too, clean and fresh, enough space for us, light and beautiful rooms. Very very polite staff that helped us with the AC, changing the room, and anything else! At first our expectations weren't met, we were in a smaller and darker room than in the pictures. But the hotel agreed to move us to a bigger and brighter place, we loved it. Then the AC was not working well in a terrible heat, but the staff fixed it too. Then the walls seem to be really thin and we were disturbed a lot by our neighbors fighting, drinking, and running around.

There is no elevator so it is hard to hold the luggage and go to the room. But the owner helped us when we left.

The location is great, the host is considerate and attentive, the room is very big, as is the bathroom. There’s kind of a cafeteria on the ground floor where you can make tea, coffee from the coffee machine, take any cutlery that you need and sit at the table. The facilities are working properly. Though the furniture is a bit old, the hotel is well-managed. There’s a city view, you can see the old streets from the balcony. It was cold, though the central heating was working (but wasn’t enough to keep such a big room warm) and there was an additional heater (couldn’t save the situation either). Probably, only the air conditioner could help in such case, because in the centre of Tbilisi cold conditions at homes in winters are often a problem.

It was my first time in Tbilisi and when I went there, Manager wasn’t there but he said: “You can come in, your room is ready and go downstairs there is a coffee machine” I really liked that behavior cause he trusted me and the room is very comfortable also location is very good too.

The location is particularly good,keep quiet in a noisy neighbourhood It is just one step away from the dry Market, German Consulate, and European Style Street, making it convenient for eating and drinking. There are also small supermarkets and bakeries at the intersection. We walked to all the scenic spots and it's also very convenient to go to the airport. We can exchange 333 for 337 at the entrance. The hotel is a red brick old building with local characteristics. The room is very clean and the heating is excellent。There is a charming small restaurant on the basement level, and the owner generously provides coffee, tea, and kitchen supplies. Breakfast and afternoon tea can be self-service here, and please clean your plates after meals. Boss Levin is very good at English and is a very friendly person. He also handles some convenient management details very well. We are very grateful that he perfectly answered all our questions and provided great help for our trip. You won't often encounter employees here, which is very free and undisturbed, but you can seek help through phone and email. nothing
