Kope Palace

The hotel was good. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and well cared for. The stairs into the property are dangerous. No rail, slick marble. I fell and bruised myself. Luckily no worse. The area where the hotel is located is a bit out of the way. There are a couple of good restaurants but not much.

The breakfast was very good. The selection is not as big as other hotels, but that was not an issue as there was plenty to eat. The rooms were very clean, and very comfortable. I would stay here again. Nothing, the whole stay was excellent and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is very good, as for me, not so big, but very clean and cozy. The room was a good size, quiet and comfy. It's not in the tourist city center, but it's not far, and everything is reachable without public transport (5 min from Dry Bridge and 30 min from the public baths). A host was very nice and welcoming!

Risk-free inexpensive room. Any time price is low, there a risk that it will suck. this does NOT suck - room extremely clean (and comfortable) and the woman who runs the place is nice. Nothing more nothing less.

Very friendly. Very clean - 200% clean not 100% clean. Excellent location Lots of value - a LOW-RISK (no risk!!) low cost option in Tblisi. I would HAPPILY stay there again -- and I can afford much more expensive options.

Obviously, you were not expecting the Hilton. This is INCREDIBLE value - great location and fantastic price. If you think this is risky, I note that--> (A) it was very very VERY clean and (B) the woman who runs the place is exceptionally nice. My flight was delayed and I only arrived at 3:30 AM, scared that the '24 hour front desk' would not be available. She cheerfully checked me right in. Nothing not to like. My expectations matched the price I paid, and ALL expectations were 100% met, with a smile

The things I liked: - Te furnitures in the room were nice. The place was also clean. - Location was quite good, close to Fabrika, 9 April Park, Rustaveli, etc. I would say that the stay was fine overall. Few things I did not particularly like: - Breakfast was underwhelming. It was not horrific, but it was definitely below expectations. The variety was low, and some of the food were recycled from the previous or even from the day before. When you are paying 10 euros for a breakfast, you at least expect that it would be somewhat good. - The internet in the room was not stable, it would come and go quite frequently and in some places it would not connect at all. This was a problem with my laptop and my phone, so I do not think it was an issue related to a particular device - There were no daily room cleaning. You would specifically need to ask the manager for a room cleaning

I had a fantastic experience at hotel Kope Palace From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The room was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the quality of the linens to the complimentary toiletries. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—fresh, varied and delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and give special thanks to the administrator for their outstanding service! I’ll definitely be returning!

Not suitable for family with children. Lift is available but nobody to help you. Imagine running th hotel with 2 people. 1 manager and 1 housekeeping. The hotel is located at Dark Street and not easy to access by walk. No breakfast available. View is okay, but it is situated in neighbourhood, and we can see underwear hanging im front of our hotel from our balcony. They don't even have a water bottle to offer. Even though they have the lift but it come with lot of stairs before the lift, and all are Clueless how to take the luggage up. I really regret coming to this hotel. Come only if you want to sleep and check out after.

I liked the host and the location, the place is centrally located within walking distance. Our host was amazing and super friendly and warm lady! I felt like I was at home! We even got to eat delicious home cooked Georgian food that the kind lady was so gracious to share with us! The room was spacious and the washroom was spacious. The hotel was quiet. Our room also came with a view. Nothing

Comfortable bed, spacious, great bathroom and really modern. Location was convenient to get into old Tbilisi. Very minor - the room was lacking power plugs
