The staff were marvelous.

The front desk lady was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds are good. The breakfast was below average so we almost skipped it. Also having it till 10 is not comfortable for people who like to sleep a bit longer. The location we found to be remote with the big crossroads being quite confusing but it might be just us. Overall not too bad.

The location is fine. The place decoration was cozy and nice. The food was good. Our room was on the third floor and the stair was difficult to carry the luggages.

we had a lovely stay thanks to the staff, especially nino and tamuna, who always make sure we were well fed in the mornings! we especially appreciated that the cooler/AC in our room was always running, as it was much hotter outside. it was also very convenient to have so many small shops nearby, a bakery down the road, and local fresh produce to sample from stalls. overall a wonderful hotel for couples and family. everything was great.

The location is great and the price is reasonable. But most importantly – the people and the wine! These two things really made a difference and bumped up my rating. The staff were super friendly and even gave me a bottle of wine as a gift at the end of my stay – big thanks for that! Honestly, I don't understand how this place has such a high score. The room needs major renovation – there was a smell of rotten wood, broken bathroom fixtures, and an old dirty carpet. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive. The lady in charge of breakfast didn’t seem to be the right person for that role – there were always missing plates, no water in the kettle, and some dishes were just not there. The internet – while the speed was okay when it worked, it kept cutting out every 3–5 minutes, so overall I’d rate it as poor quality. One more thing... This didn’t affect my rating, but I was really disappointed by your policy: “You can only drink wine in the hotel if you bought it from us.” On the first day, I didn’t know about this rule, so I bought your wine – and it was actually very good. But once I found out about the rule, I didn’t buy any more.

It was a nice hotel, in a good location in Tbilisi The bathroom smelt quite bad when we arrived. Additionally we were charged 90 dollars for a 20 minute taxi ride to the hotel. When we found this out the hotel receptionist did little to intervene
