very beautiful hotel to stay

Maria - front of house was excellent. Room on ground floor was dark. I needed to work so I was given a lamp to make the room lighter.

Every detail was perfect to project an oasis of luxury. Room was amazing and breakfast was wonderful. Maria was always available to handle any and every need that we had. None

I really liked the staff the young lady on reception was outstanding and I will come back and stay because of how friendly and accommodating she was. There was a slight odour of the sheets that was not a fresh smell.

This was a business trip and I will be honest, I was a little nervous about needing to stay in that area because I don't really like cities. But the Domo hotel was truly a haven of calm, luxury and excellent food that I really wasn't expecting to find. And the staff were lovely. I would certainly stay there again if I need to repeat my trip.

The room was very good, the staff was nice, very caring and cozy hotel On the booking information it said the check in lasts until 23:00. But we were told that staff would stay only until 21:00

Lovely welcome from Ali he was very friendly and made sure we had all we needed moved us up stairs to a beautiful room. wonderful comfortable bed it was all clean and tidy ?

Very stylish - superb, attentive customer service - very clean - lovely food - good security - airy rooms with windows that open (hoorah!). Maria is a fantastic hostess. Being that bit further out obviously paid big dividends in terms of a much higher ‘value for money’ than city centre hotel basic rooms - only downside for me therefore is negotiating Birmingham’s busy multi lanes if travelling back into town! Having said that I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We were going to a friends party not far from here and booked a nights stay so we didn't need to travel back late. Maria was honestly the best host I've ever met. She took the time to meticulously explain every little detail, from the amenities in our room to the breakfast ordering process, so we had absolutely no issues at all. The accommodation was clean and inviting with everything you would need. Maria is truly a gem, we ordered breakfast for 9am but unfortunately overslept due to a heavy night of celebrations and the unbelievably comfortable bed. Maria called our room and then when I staggered out to request we have our breakfast in the room she accommodated us without hesitation. She even asked after my partner, who was feeling sorry for himself still in the bed, when she brought the delicious and beautifully presented breakfast to us! If you're staying in this area, this is the place to be. Meeting Maria alone is worth it! Would have liked some blinds on the windows as we were right on the road and felt unable to have any natural light without being exposed. Also, a full length mirror would be a good addition.

The hotel room was so clean. Spacious and had a very nice warm feeling inside. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The beds were on the harder side which for me is great but for others may not be. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that the food is halal as I was not expecting this. It made my stay all that better :) The host is amazing, she was so courteous, always smiling. She keeps the place very neat and tidy, and it really helped me with my anxieties. It is a place I would defo visit again Nothing that I would change. Maybe the hanging lights as one was pretty dim but that's just being picky the room had a lot of light.
