Clean and spacious room. There is no sign visible from the road with the name of the hotel. It has another sign which was little confusing to know if you are at the right place.

Convenient location to drive in/out of Birmingham and to Alexander Stadium Toilet flush in bedroom 312 was a bit temperamental

I liked just about everything. The bar, the restaurant, the massive bed, the location, the friendly & helpful staff - but don't let that make you put up your prices! If I'm being picky then the rooms and corridors are a bit tired and need renovating- my dressing table had along cigarette burn on it. But for the price I can't really complain. It's great value for money and you'll probably put your prices up after it's had a makeover then I won't be able to afford to stay there anymore..
