Location was fine, The young lady who greeted us was cheerful and helpful. Please read all my negative comments. I paid the room deposit of 50 pounds on a Credit Card, they refuse to refund my credit card claiming that they can only issued refunds as direct deposits to a bank account. I do not live in the UK and do not have a UK bank account. I do not trust these people to have my bank account information, plus the foreign trans-action fee and exchange rate would result in a loss of 11%. The WiFi was not working. The older lady at the reception did not know how to reboot the router. Later the younger lady rebooted the router and the internet worked for about one hour. There was no lock on the window (and this was a ground floor room) as a result there was no way to keep the window closed, which made us very insecure and also made the noise in the room quite loud from the traffic. The bathroom could have used a good cleaning especially to remove cobwebs behind the sink pedistal and to remove mildew in the shower area. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience.

Great location, short drive from NEC. Free Parking and not overpriced for room. Close to small high street, so good mix of shops and takeaways nearby. Clean rooms. Single bed mattress had seen better times, was very noisy and you felt the springs. No toiletries (a little hand soap or shower gel would have been welcomed).

Very close to Stretchford Station for access to Birmingham. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in room. As the rooms are annexed to the pub, there was always at least one person outside drunk, which doesn't give the best impression, but being fair, neither did they bother you. I suppose it's perception rather than reality. Vicinity around the pub looked poorly kept with lots of litter. Bathroom was tiny.
