Visitor friendly, good location, so clean and Nigel was very helpful with all issues like rooms, bar and restaurant. Apart from the staying issues he also helps how to manage our visit and transportation. Appreciate.

Downstairs room/bar & reception all easy access. The owner/manager was very friendly welcoming and informative The room was a little dated but very clean.the bed was fresh crisp and super comfortable Full blackout curtains maybe?

Wonderful host, lovely warm and comfortable rooms, and a tasty breakfast each morning. We appreciated the free parking and the location is ideal if visiting the NEC due to its close proximity. Would definitely stay again in the future!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Tri Star Hotel. Nigel was most accommodating and helpful. When I explained I had slight mobility issues, he immediately arranged for a ground-floor room for me. The room was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was freshly cooked to order, (not kept warm as in a help-yourself buffet). Parking was easy and the location for the airport and NEC are excellent. I will most certainly stay there again, (and again). There was nothing that I didn't like.

I loved the location, near the airport because we had an early morning flight, so we didn’t have to travel far in the taxi. The rooms were a little small, but the hospitality made up for that. So I didn’t mind the size of the room because the property owners were so fabulous!
