Noise No facilities to be 5 star

The Rooms were absolutely spotless and very comfortable and modern with everything you need. Had a nice coffee maker in the room with a nice size TV. Walking distance to everywhere which I needed to get to on my stay as I was visiting the O2 academy. The location was a bit surprising at first but it worked out perfect as a 24hr garage next door and a late opening burger shop literally meters away. So cannot say I disliked anything after my stay.

Notting The hotel is entirely misrepresented on your website. The property is located above a gas station and appears to be intended for one-night stays, possibly for couples, rather than for families. The rooms were extremely small and not at all as described in the listing. The photos and descriptions are misleading and do not reflect the true nature of the hotel. This is not a family-friendly establishment, and we were forced to leave immediately and book a room at another hotel of significantly higher quality—which, notably, was easy to find. To make matters worse, during the short time we were at the property, a man approached us three separate times in a suspicious manner, asking how much longer we would be staying. This made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Booking.com should not allow properties to advertise in a deceptive way, as it seriously affects the trust placed in your platform

The room itself was OK. I hadn't appreciated that it was essentially a series of rooms above a petrol station with no reception desk etc. I didn't feel especially safe late at night. The coffee machine didn't work and contacting someone by WhatsApp (which was responsive but the only option) just felt like too much hassle. I guess different things are important for different people but I felt from the name "Hotel Holloway" I was actually staying in a hotel.

It was clean and could be a good location if looking for somewhere close by On top of a petrol station, felt like it was a bit deceptively advertised

Great location for the O2, very good and immediate customer service despite it being unmanned. Parking. Cleanliness. Quiet. Room on the small side, grotty view.

the shower was nice IHad I known that the hotel was located above a 24/7 petrol station, I would not have made the booking. Additionally, I believe there is a potential fire safety hazard, as there appears to be only one exit via the staircase. In the event of a fire on the stairs, we would be trapped, as the lift at the other end cannot be used during an emergency and none of the windows are operable

The property is excellent. Well furnished and in a good location. We inadvertently locked are valuables in the safe and could get no response to get our property out. The mobile numbers provided went through to the petrol station below and they knew nothing about the safe or even the hotel.
