breakfast was exhalent the choice was good.

Excellent location, close to centre. Clean property throughout, comfortable beds and good value for money Wifi did not work. Host tried to sort it but it didn't work. Not a big issue as we were only there for one night.

From check in to check out we couldn’t fault anything. The owners were lovely, the room was really nice , and the breakfast was freshly cooked and was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Nice size bed, clean and a good location. Bathroom is tiny and it was awkward showering. Would prefer an earlier breakfast usually.

It was very central whilst still being away from the crowds, comfy beds and exceptionally clean There was nothing to not like

the place was central and near all amenities easy walking it was very clean and modern the hosts were nice and friendly the room was good the breakfast was good the price was good would stay again only one problem was the room was very cold heating didn't come on till early morning

This little oasis is one of the best we've stayed in at Blackpool....the breakfast is superb.... Well situated for centre of Blackpool ...clean...beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious....the hosts Graeme and Gina were brilliant nothing was to much for them....and he makes one hell of a breakfast..... Nothing everything was spot on..As I've said it before the best we've stopped in at Blackpool.,..

The owners of this place are the most welcoming !! They absolutely make the place and it’s location is a bonus. The breakfast had good variety. Cooked to order and the poached eggs …. So good Obviously this is personal preference but I didn’t think the bed wasn’t comfy the mattress was solid, the sheet on the mattress felt very rough. Although the room was big the layout of the room wasn’t great with the chest of drawers at the bottom of the bed I have a few wounds where my legs crashed into the handles of the drawers.
