Friendly and kind staff, well-appointed and comfortable rooms, a good nights sleep not far from the sights and sounds of Blackpool, and really nice and personalised breakfast choices. My friend loved the extra fried bread.

Such a great place great value for money we had to leave early due to family issues so couldn't stay for breakfast. But the host is really nice will definitely be back 10/10 Everything was great there was nothing I didn't like about the booking

Great location, spotlessly clean, owner was brilliant. Comfy beds, even my daughter had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was amazing. Booked last minute for me my daughter and the dog but will certainly be staying here in the future
