Very good location within 5 minutes walk from Blackpool North station. Proprietor very welcoming & friendly. Cleanliness first class. Good breakfast. Not relevant to me but was there a vegetarian breakfast option? If staying a week more drawers in the bedroom we had would have been useful but for 3 days perfectly acceptable.

The host was engaging and informative. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I was there for the world famous ballroom competition. It was only a short walk to the Winter Palace and some super restaurants.

The location was perfect, the host was wonderful, the room was so clean, breakfast was amazing. The bed was a little bit too soft for us (we're used to a firmer mattress) but no criticism. The place and people were so good that we've booked to return in July. Nothing not to like.

Exceptionally clean, friendly & comfortable, located just a few minutes walk from the railway station. Darren made us both feel very welcome, and he was a great host to Us, all of the other guests during our stay. We would definitely recommend, and would without doubt, be booking to stay at Brene again ?.

Cosy ,clean,warm hotel with very friendly host.Beds and pillows were comfortable.Close to all Blackpool has to offer.Loved our stay and felt it was value for money. Nothing to complain about .

Lovely hotel and exceptional staff very welcoming on arrival and helped with luggage to our room. Hotel is very clean and well maintained rooms were decent size and the breakfast was really nice would definitely return and recommend for anyone wanting a hotel in Blackpool. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this one is by far the best I’ve stayed in really good location also.

Only 5 mins from the station. Clean & bright. Obviously well maintained. Staff were lovely & very attentive when serving breakfast. My room (9) was small but perfectly adequate for a solo stay. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again when I return next year.

Location was good and perfect for our weekend. Public parking nearby. Breakfast time was inflexible and didn't start till 8:30am and we need to leave by 8am both mornings. No alternative was offered.
