The close proximity to Blackpool North Station. Great breakfast ( 07.30 each day no problem), my second time there, first floor room suited my fine. Although the room is small, it had everything I required. Great hosts Dean and Alan, really good price compared to similar properties. Nothing really, typical Blackpool B and B.

The room was No frills, but when you when you just need a place to drop your bags and sleep, this is a great option. Owners were very friendly, I really can't come up with any real complaints of serious nature. Good job guys! The wall between my room and the room next to me was a bit thin so I could hear the person in the next room quite clearly. However, that's more of a nitpick rather than a serious complaint

We stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience. Check in started from 12pm, although we arrived at 2pm and were greeted by friendly, absolutely lovely owners who made us feel very welcome. The flowers in the front courtyard were a nice touch and the camera on the front door added a sense of security. Our room was tidy and cosy. The owners had kindly put up birthday banners for my friend before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel extra special. In the room we were provided with tea, coffee, Horlicks, mugs, a kettle, two glasses, a small bar of soap and a shampoo sachet, which was appreciated as well as a towel. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, a cooked breakfast, fruit teas and fresh juice. The B&B also has its own bar with what appeared to be a good range of drinks, although we didn't get the chance to use it during our stay. Overall the location was perfect for where we wanted to be, the hospitality was excellent and we felt it offered very good value for money. We would recommend it, especially for anyone looking for a friendly and reasonably priced place to stay in Blackpool for a night or two. The room itself was on the smaller side and the view from the window wasn't great, but this wasn't something that bothered us as we knew what to expect when booking. The en-suite shower room was quite small and the shelving units were starting to come away from the wall, which could do with some attention. The only minor issue with breakfast was that the cranberry juice tasted fizzy.
