Nothing really I ended up with bedbugs the property was not cleaned while and the staff where drunk at all times and when I told them about issues all u got was ok and that my kids did not like it and nor did I

The bed was very comfy . The shower was dirty there the floor was not swept or vacuumed there was not much tea and coffee and the Internet was not good at all.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location This hotel needs closing down the ceiling and walls are crumbling with damp, I was given 2 attic rooms even though I paid for 1 room with 3 beds I had two children with me age 9 and 10 so the expected them to stay in a room alone we all had to get in 1 double bed in an attic with no fan in 30 degrees heat as they over booked and had no 3 bed rooms left. The tiny window are rotten and don’t even open/close right the locks on the doors and bodged up and are falling off not secure at all. The carpets are about 30 year old could feel every spring from the mattress never stayed somewhere so bad in my life yeah it’s cheap but I wouldn’t stay for free booked the night before so hardly any hotels left. None of us even got in the shower it was that dirty in there and black mould in the showers it needs closing down and I will be reporting this “hotel” to trading standards for health hazards.
