Hotel was clean and tidy very quiet when checked in which was a breeze louder at night as we was on the front but didn’t disturb us Great location only very short walk from Blackpool North and easy access for bars, Clubs etc Just the noise but like I said it wasn’t a problem for us

On suite facilities, bijou but okay. Bed was 10 out 10 slept like a baby when I got back. Nice to have a TV. Glad to have own key and front door be open all night. Well lit room. Super comfy bed. Stated a non smoking room, quite obvious someone had been smoking in the bathroom, the smell lingered. Carpet was very dirty as was the window sills and sink. Didn't even attempt a shower. Water pressure was poor. Poor tea tray for £80 Better plug socket arenagemnt not close enough to the mirror. Overall would of been happy to pay £50 max for that room. Although grateful for the on suite.

Close to the promenade. Good if you are partying it is close to bars and clubs. When greeted at the property it seemed the owner was in a rush, handed us the keys and left to go to his other hotel. Was no towels in the room, owner said he would be back in 5 mins to give us some. He didn’t return. When we got back to hotel around 10pm there was still no towels. Think we were next to the boiler room or something (room 2) as all night there was a buzzing sound coming from other side of the wall. Didnt fall asleep until around 3am as me and my partner are very light sleepers. Didn’t stop until I woke up at 6am from a girl singing loudly in the hotel corridor. I would not stay here again. Really disappointed.

Clean, comfortable, basic accommodation. Room slightly larger than the norm.Great location for our needs. Some music noise from club next door, but not excessive.

Was in a good area not a far walk to the sea front , bed was comfortable and the man that greeted us to show us room was welcoming Wouldn’t stay again as didn’t have a very good sleep due to other parties in the hotel returning around 3am very loudly and waking both me n my partner so think it should be monitored better so other people aren’t getting disturbed

Great location, was a quiet night so can't speak to the noise when it's busy. The wifi didn't work. Connected but no Internet.

It was clean and modern, close to the bars. Parking could be an issue but honestly, a great place to stay if you just need somewhere to get your head down and freshen up Parking could be an issue
