Good location, lovely accomodating hosts, exceptionally clean everywhere. Spacious room with plenty of storage and well appointed bathroom. Tasty breakfast and added bonus of doggy fusses from the resident dachshund. Matress and pillows not to my liking but just personal preference.

Diane and Graham we lovely’s hosts and so friendly and welcoming, the hotel was well kept and very clean, breakfast served in the morning was very nice with a selection of fresh juices tea and coffee cereals as well as a cooked breakfast, the room was more than expected with little extra touches like bottles of water and chocolates

We had an excellent stay here, 5th April 2025. The location of the hotel was just right for us away from the noise, but still close to leave car and walk down to the central pier. Parking was free on road outside, but if not space, the could be an option to park for £6.50 (correct at time of this post) at neighbouring parking. Breakfast was a full engine with options of cereal as you will see in attached photos. Room (no.1) was very spacious and the shower was just right. It is an electric on and needs to be switched on by the switch outside bathroom.. loo,s like a cooker switch in out room as seen again in photo. One of the other benefits of this hotel for us was them having a bar for having a nice quiet drink in the lounge area. And the prices very acceptable, again shown in the pictures and pricing correct at time of this post. Would we stay again, yes definitely. There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

Diane was lovely and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious, brilliant location. The bed was incredibly comfy and it was clean.

Diane the host was very friendly. Breakfast selection was excellent and we were able to customize this.

So clean and massive beds

A warm welcome was given from Diane once we entered the hotel. From the onset you could feel the passion that is clearly displayed within the setting. The room was pristine, tidy and modern with the added en-suite, the warmth felt on entry was mirrored in the room, which due to severe gales on arrival was an added bonus! Room number one added tranquility to a stormy setting and there was no external noise, our sleep was fantastic… Breakfast in the morning was again second to none, from fabulous service to the attention to detail with the food presentation, you can not fault the cuisine and the added extras, nothing was too much trouble, it is fabulous to find an establishment which has old school traditions at heart ?? Our vacation was linked to our wedding anniversary and the owners on leaving handed a gift with card to help celebrate our memorable occasion, we left with a fond memory that we will personally cherish.

Amazing stay! Room was lovely, bed super comfortable. Bathroom was fabulous and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb and Diane was a great host. We won’t be staying anywhere else when we come to Blackpool now that we’ve found this gem

Lovely hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome and at home. We would not hesitate to stay again. We would highly recommend staying here. Within walking distance of all the attractions but not near all the noise. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

A lovely couple for hosts. Bed really comfortable Breakfast was fantastic Will definitely stay again View from the room but that's scraping the barrel. Everything else was fantastic

Location was very good.a 5 min walk to the sea front. Breakfast was very good. We was able to check-in early.
