Having a bar in the basement loud noises loud music as we was on ground floor my poor child couldn't sleep then alot of running around and banging on floor above us. Drunken people outside in front of window until 2am. The TV didnt work. Couldn't fill the kettle for a drink as the sink was very small. Damp on ceiling. Having to share toilet. Had a man walk around in just boxershorts scared my poor niece. Toilet was full of poop not been flush.

Everything, the housekeeping staff were fantastic and the bar staff were fantastic, the management are really friendly and welcoming, the hotel was lovely and clean and many of the other guests were also very friendly, all in all it is the best hotel to stay in if you want amazing value for money, an amazing location close to all major attractions and great hospitality. Nothing

I loved staying here as it was quiet and peaceful. And also fantastic staff that work there, and they were very helpful when we first arrived. And also welcome us into their bar i would definitely recommend! #Staycation #PeacefulPlaces #StaffThatWorkHard #BarFriendship

Poor

Location was good I found the communal toilet clogged and human poo on the hallway floor, which I stepped in. I was given no help with cleaning my shoes nor were the carpets cleaned when I notified staff. They were not cleaned by the next morning either. This was an awful experience and I've had to abandon the shoes. The staff seemed unbothered by this issue and also did not unblock the toilet. This is the worst hotel stay I have had. The bed was not comfortable nor were the showers clean.

Man working there went above and beyond

Location was close the promenade Was given a front door and room key Landlord was friendly The room was awful, beds were so uncomfortable, im sure they was upside down as was lumpy and didn't mange to get any sleep, the kids bunk bed was broken i actually put some bolts back in the ladder and put a strap on the top bar to make sure it didn't break if someone rolled against it (i was that good) bathroom was slapped together literally, tv worked but was tempmental, didn't use the wardrobe as it looked like it would fall apart if you put anything inside it

Love the location and the staff was really good Did not like walking to the toilet but as you showed on your screen photos that's why there was in the room

The staff were punctual that the check in and out was easy I was attracted by the name “international hotel’. My expectations were at least to value for the money. To be honest, I never lived in such a suffocating place in my life. The surrounded penetrating smell from cigarettes smoking / ?drugs just made our stay horrible . The room itself is maintained in a substandard level, even witnessed a spider pass by . Not sure the bed linens were washed after the previous use . The beds, mattress, even the carpet were filthy. I would not recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay .

The staff went above and beyond for my communication needs, were very hospitable and I could not have asked for more. 1st Night the guy next to me my god he just was the worst, sat on the stairs and didn't move, I am non verbal and fortunately he left the next day. Not a criticism just he was a pain

It was easy access to the front near the tower

Dirty Nothink How dirty it was yellow stained mattresses collapsing ceeling carpet smelt strong of pee the walls where all stained with blood and coffee the whole room smelt damp couldn’t even open a window drinks sat outside the window on Ben he’s looking through the room the toilet hade shit rubbed all up the walls I wouldn’t put a dog in their never mind humans never again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was cosy and the room was too. We slept very well. No toilet in the room, but, you get what you pay for. And we didnt pay much at all.

Good value for money It wasn't the cleanest of places the room was quite dirty shower was dirty the kettle was full of dust and durt

No food available...location was good Crumbs in bed...dirty pillow cases...dirty curtains and windows...sticky stained carpets

On arrival we didn’t get any welcome at the main door, it was someone from the reception in the basement that was strange, Well having towels near the front door wasn’t good as you have to walk down a fight of stairs to get them, when they should be in your room. Plus the shower room was not a room more of a cupboard was not shower mat and it was just about ok to shower in, no rail to put towel on wall, no Mat on floor when getting out very poor as anyone slips well where there is a blame is a claim, There was no shower mat in the shower, The floor leading to bathroom was a big hole under carpet that’s very dangerous, plus no hand wash in room it only costs £1 for a wash wash, Bed was very uncomfortable and a pillow that was way too thin. On the pictures online showed towels on bed for our room but none on arrival so very misleading… When we went into room no electricity so asked reception who just didn’t really care and thought was a joke saying am not an electrician, I was like I didn’t asked if you was. He basically spoke to me and my gf like we was teenagers. Lucky for us we didn’t have anyone shouting or banging at night time. Me and my girlfriend passed our key to the wife of the place who was very pleasant we could have just dropped the key off n said noting… Overall won’t be staying again sorry.
