Absolutely lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast was great. Lovely bar area with a good menu choice. Food was lovely. Good room with plenty tea and coffee. Location is so central, spot on. Cant think of anything.

The hotel was fresh but the room was so small that it became a problem if you had any suitcases with you. Facilities like a big bar, entertainment and felt fresh.

Location was excellent. Food was very good. Staff went out of their way to assist you. The entertainment was excellent. Our roomwas on the LG. I had requested a low level room due to our age and mobility. However, the window only looked out into a wall. We had no idea what the weather was like until we surfaced to a higher level. The music from the cabaret room was very loud so we felt we had to stay until it ended as we couldn't sleep. The air con was such that food went cold very quickly.

Staff were lovely, hotel was spotless, great location. Not far from winter gardens. Entertainment in the evenings.

I liked the location. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were dreadful. The shower was either too hot or too cold.

Its location to Blackpool Tower and distance from Blackpool North Station. The staff were excellent as was the hotel room and facilities. The evening entertainment was a bonus. Very good professional productions that were a joy witness. There was nothing we didn’t like. It was a jewel in what has become sadly, a run down area. But the Ruskin Hotel shone. I would say that were it not for that particular hotel and its proximity to some national treasures, our stay in Blackpool would have been a disappointment. Thank you Ruskin Hotel for being an exemplar.

Room was serviced daily. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The location was perfect for our visit. We did not have the breakfast but the lunches we had were good. Nothing
