Room was poor

Prompt response by message to try and rectify what they could. Exterior is not what is listed on booking.com. The Exterior is shabby and unkempt. The room smelled a bit funny, and the towel was left on the floor (in the shape of a bird). Towel was replaced. The floor at the entrance to and the toilet/shower room fell into a hole which was a falling hazard. The floor inside the toilet/shower room moved downward when standing on it. Room was shabby and looked grubby. Wall had damp/mould. No staff onsite to check in. Thankfully the bed looked clean.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff very polite The kettle was faulty could do with a new lid tap in bathroom plug wouldnt go down apart from that everything was ok

Good location beds comfortable clean bathroom clean bedding and towels Broken kettle! damp in bedroom, shower room, alarm going off all night! rude staff, didn't ask my name or even if I had booked the room etc just handed me the key and said room at top of stairs! Nobody in on the day we left so had to just leave key and remote by the sign on the way out! No parking so had to park on coral island which cost £19.00 for 24hours!

Warm, clean & plenty of plug sockets, A very pleasant stay. Would definately use this property again. A sqeaky bed every time you moved.

Location great, basic facilities but enough for what I needed.

The place was clean, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was cold on arrival, but heaters were on was warm within an hour or so. We had an issue with remote working on and off, so I sent a message asking for new batteries, and a lovely woman brought some up within 10 mins, then remote worked fine I would definitely go back location was perfect for winter gardens would highly recommend x For the price I paid, it was fine. However, I would say wallpaper was a bit of an eyesore . The feature wall was lovely. If you redo the other 3 walls, it would be perfect. I was looking forward to the pink bath with the jets secretly hoping they would work but unfortunately didn't but was still a bath and I imagine if they did work room would of been a lot more expensive

Great little place for what it cost. Loved the stained glass door. It was clean enough. Sheets were clean, wall was slightly damp but it didn't upset us.

Guesthouse is being refurbished. The location was excellently placed for the winter gardens and the main attractions. The price was fair

Warm room. Comfy beds. No staff, very small room, broken glass on information notice in room, bird poo on windows, damp on walls and ceiling, front entrance run down and unkempt. Not value for money.

Bathroom very clean looks like new Most uncomfortable bed ever slept in and very noisy found in very difficult to contact owners didn't realise they had sent message via booking. Com with a code for the lock box looks really dirty from the outside but not bad inside

Loctation it was close to everything Room was very run down the plaster around the windows had come away, the bedding had stains on, the carpet was very dirty, the room had a very musty smell

Nothing it was disgusting Wall paper peeling off walls Faulty electrics Damp rooms and leak on ceiling As soon as you walk in the smell is horrendous We are still waiting for booking.com to reply we have 40 images of a run down dangerous hotel No one present to complain to
