Had a pleasant stay, rooms were clean,great location and the host was friendly. Only comment would be, on the registration form it was mentioned as rooms 11 and 13 but when we arrived we were given rooms 4 and 9 on two floors, which was a bit tricky with 3 kids!

The room was not described as it was it was dirty, un hygienic no towels you had to pay for tea and coffee and towels shower was disgusting Nothing

Close to all amenities No mirror in bathroom ,wasn't sufficient tea,coffee, milk for the days we were there, an no change of towels unless we paid extra, if was there just 1 day then great but as we had 3 nights ouldnt shower as often as liked due to towels being soaking ,also no shower mat so floor soon got wet an slippy ,especially for the children .

Good amenities ect close to shops bars and the beach. welcoming staff would recommend if you are on budget The mattress wasnt the best and the room got stuffy at night with not much ventilation as the window dont fully open only a fraction.

The location was good near the shops cafes and Coral island. Creaking floorboards and chair in the room and hall. Could hear the people next door easily.

Hotel facilities match my expectations. The owner however went above & beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Perfect location for tower, trams and centre of Blackpool If you know you aren't coming to the Ritz, don't expect it but this little hotel is perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend after my stay Nothing really other than a lot of interior stairs for those less mobile.
