Three lots of bingo spoilt the night, should have played the bingo early on then got on with the entertainment. Also music was to loud for the room.
-
Bedrooms nicely decorated Had seagulls outside bedroom window the full day and night sqwaking. But that's not hotels fault .

very friendly and professional staff. Graham was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and very accommodating. my partner and I found it very hot in room. we both have a disability and found it tiring being on the third floor. There was no pressure in the shower. uni

Great location

Was very noisy in the mornings with children running around the hotel before 7am which slightly tainted our stay. Understandably they were there for football matches that weekend but it did frustrate us as they were running around, slamming doors and set a fire alarm off the one morning not making it very peaceful or relaxing.

Great location, excellent staff and a decent breakfast Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom just one hook back of door, nowhere to put shower gel and shampoo in shower,no hairdryer, carpets dirty and stained, beds very cheap uncomfortable spring mattresses well worn, bedding or towels not changed had to get our own from reception.landings and stairs carpets full of litter never saw a cleaner, hotel very noisy children running up and down landings, stairwells and elevator all night, this was reported by a elderly lady and he told her they were just having a run around, watched singer one night, very poor and unbelievably far too loud, definitely not worth nothing near what we paid, had much better on Albert road
