Funky smell, disaster bathroom, no air conditioning.

Staff where so helpful my TV didn't work in my room and they dealt with it immediately and moved me to another room. Breakfast was lovely Wasn't clear when booking that on a weekend if you choose bed and breakfast it only included a continental and you do have to pay again for a full English

Room clean but dated. Beds comfortable. Soap and shower gel in room. Noisy at times. Squeaky floorboards, thin walls.

Everything was clean, friendly lovely location nice seating area outside the front or mattresses in room 42 was so comfortable we slept in both mornings. I was happy with pretty much everything I did not have the breakfast that’s why I only gave 8/10.

Really clean and comfortable. Lovely helpful staff. . I slept much better than I do at home. Great location. Hair dryer would have been nice. Many TV channels were unwatchable although they had a sign up that they were having renovations done and it was affecting the aerial. Overall nothing major

Closeness to stops, shops and eateries The room had no fan and proper ventilation

Nice property, clean and tidy and a good location The property states no groups, there was a group of 140 dancers there this weekend which would of been fine if they had control over them. Music blasting until 3am in the morning, I had to complain twice to reception as well as knocking room doors myself. My son was woken up with it: last night I told reception at 2am and the response I had was “I will ask them to turn it down” surely at that time it should be off. So that really let it down for me. No noise control at all, also spoke to several other guests who had the same issue

Nice friendly hotel nothing to much trouble. Close to winter gardens. Accommodated my health needs. Room was small but perfectly formed nice and clean. Bathroom was spotless. Shower nice and hot. Plenty of tea and coffee. Choice of cooked or continental breakfast. Have booked again for next year's rebellion festival. Nothing.

Location and the general staff The manager, paid for breakfast to be told that it only covered a continental breakfast and would need to upgrade, no hot water until complained then it was switched on? No cleaners , constantly asking for toilet roll only received 1 roll per visit, broken and damaged and not working furniture and fittings. Staff being sent to talk to complaint customers while the manager hid in the kitchen..
