The staff were wonderful, breakfast was amazing and the room was lovely and clean. The hotel is a short walk from the tram straight into the centre or a pleasant 20 minute or so walk. Would definitely stay again. Shower wasnt great, couldn't get a comfortable temperature. Door for the room rattled with the wind at night causing repetitive noise.

Loved how modern and clean everything was, great hosts and made a beautiful breakfast. First come first serve parking but other than one night when there was an event on we managed to park in the street with no issues.

10/10. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Blackpool now. Spotlessly clean. Hospitality could not have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfast as expected was truly exceptional and varied. Kathie makes sure you full and set for the day ahead. Beds very comfortable. Property only one minute away from the lovely promenade then your walk along to the centre. Highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful stay — highly recommended! We recently stayed at North Crest in Blackpool and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Kathie and Pete are exceptional hosts who go above and beyond to make their guests feel truly welcome. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for them. As a family travelling with young children, we were particularly impressed by how attentive and accommodating they were to our little ones' needs — they made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable for the entire family. Breakfast was delicious and well presented, setting us up perfectly for our days out in Blackpool. The room service was excellent throughout our stay, and the property itself was immaculately clean — a real credit to Kathie and Pete's dedication to maintaining such a high standard. The facilities were outstanding and the overall condition of the property was impressive. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home.
