Trudi & Malcolm made us feel at home, instantly. Lovely warm welcome. Our room (suite) was beautiful. Clean and fresh smelling. Comfortable beds. Great little living room area for chilling with a coffee in the morning. Breakfast cooked to order - good quality produce used. Hot and very filling. The fridge in the sun room was very useful. Friendly hosts who weren't too busy to stop for a chat. Quieter part of Blackpool which suited us. Short walk to the tram stop, trams run regularly. Trudi told us to download the transport App to get the best deals & offers on the tickets. Which we did. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. An amazing weekend! We had to leave. Honestly, couldn't fault our stay at The Fernroyd.

What a lovely warm welcome we received from our hosts. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

What lovely hotel this is and perfect place to stay and trudi and malcolm make you feel at home and I was looked after from arriving to departing and I won't hesitate to book here again and big thumbs up from me

Trudi and Malcom were wonderful hosts, and nothing too much trouble. The room was great. Everything you could need. There are iron and board on each floor for you to use, wfi is great. Breakfast is beautiful. I couldn't ask for more . Will certainly be back. Also, it was my first time travelling on my own fabulous experience. X
