Breakfast was cooked fresh and to order. Service was very attentive. Very family orientated and a lovely friendly feel. Nothing.

Great homely place and just the right distance from the town centre ( peacefully away from the bustle but you can get quickly to town by tram). Owners know their stuff and run a great place. No complaints. We were in a budget double which was perfectly fine.

Simon and Rhonda are brilliant hosts and Simon’s breakfast is amazing and so is the host. Bed was way too small for us this was not a double as requested I also didn’t request a family room but was given one. There was a damp smell and decor needs updating especially the entrance also way too far out for us but other than that it was value for money and everyone was lovely

Come and go as we please, lots of channels on the TV, having a fridge in the room, breakfast was ok Rusty items in the bathroom, bed not comfortable, toilet seat wouldn't stay up so my husband can take a pee, furniture falling apart, curtains not clean and could barely move them, big cracks in the ceiling
