The location The building was cold on Arriva and unwelcoming.l.They tried charging us to Park . My wife's disabled so have a blue badge..but no mention when we were booking it. The kettle in our room, the handle was all broken and had sharp edges...There was no hot water, got told it was broken and we had to use the shower to get hot water. Just wanted to wash my hands and get a shave.. The heating was broken too as I asked about that as we were chilly.. In the end I got a refund off the owner and went to find another place to stay. Would not recommend going here.

Comfortable bed. Decent shower (once found out how to turn it on). Ample plug sockets. Basic room for basic money. Didn't see any sign of any staff at any point in 5 day stay. Only communication was by WhatsApp. No servicing of any kind. Ran out of coffee & toilet paper.

Great location, cost and friendly host. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. Was nice and quiet too. Poor WiFi, the host did kindly try and get it fixed but still was very slow. Might have been the location of our room.

Not very much, it was close to the sea front No idea why they are staying open. No breakfast available as no one to cook. No bar, no lights on. Was so bad it was amusing, although thats why we booked. It was as bad as we expected

Bed was very comfy and pillows Staff very friendly when they was on site Able leave our cases in the lobby Early check in Bathroom door was to close to toilet Shower was hot most time cudnt cool it down And dripping in the bathroom when upstairs got tap on etc Too hot in there how cudnt open window

Location is excellent very central. Room was great was all I needed for a 3 night stay. Only one thing, the toilet seemed very old, and the flush doesn’t seem to work very well at all But I’m sure it’s something they’re working on..

Close to everything Having to pay to park. When your visiting and pay to stay at someone's property. Should be in with price or free parking. I wouldn't charge anyone to park on my drive if they visited me.. common courtesy..

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and in fact the whole place needs modernization. Strip it back and start again. There's a lounge with a bar, very empty and dry Room was nice but to much colour and curtains let to much light in not a good night sleep at all
