The second room was better than the first The smell when you walked in and the bed was wet through with 3 different Staines on the bed which means the room hasn’t been used or checked for a while

Great location. Rooms have everything that you need including amenities and the owner is very friendly. Definitely we will be back. Nothing!

Clean and tidy as per previous guests feedback, however been taken over by new lady owner 3 years ago and getting in need of decoration. We booked and paid extra for a large bedroom with private bathroom, but were given a very small room. Once the owner reallised we were not happy she informed us that we had paid extra for a larger double bed not larger room. She then offered us a larger room ( which was still very cramped, with paint peeling from the ceiling above the pillows ) and said it would be re-painted during our first or second day of our stay - which never happened. We also had to pay £ 10 per night to park upon the front of the property.

Close to town clean cosy bed, room was small double which was OK but the shower/toilet was a bit on the small side not much room to move and I'm only small On entering the hotel downstairs a awful smell not sure if it was cooking but wasn't great

Was very clean and in a good location. Room was ideal for the purpose with small en suite. Bed very comfortable and made us feel very comfortable. The hotel was also very secure with cctv etc Can’t comment on any faults

Lady was very friendly comfy bed and the only thing I would say is it was either a damp smell in the room or smell of urine no too bad but still there lingering

Friendly, helpful lady running this hotel. Gave us a warm greeting on arrival. The room was as expected. The hotel was quiet, and I noticed it didn't welcome stag/hen parties. Travel to Blackpool regularly for dance comps. and would book The Cumbrian Hotel again.
