Very close to everything you want to do and see in Blackpool. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was lovely and clean Nothing

I liked the hotel and the room it was very clean The lnternet didn't work plus the tv wouldn't work either

We stayed in a room for four and found it large and comfortable. Very close to the North and central Pier. Really quiet given the location. Owners are very hospitable- we received a little welcome gift on arrival. Fridge in the room was a really lovely addition to keep water and bear cool. Excellent value for money Galaxy Hotel exceeded our expectations- and these days it hardly ever happens hence complaining about anything feels out of place. We struggled with the shower a bit but it didn't affect our stay much. We would certainly return.

Loved having these and a 'fridge...appreciated in the gorgeous weather. Suitcase carried up and back down again for me, which is really helpful View of The Tower too. Cathy and family are SO friendly, loving, caring and knowledgeable. No request is too much trouble. Location very good. Behind Coral Island. Gorgeous cats ❤️ Didn't want to leave

After staying in plenty of Blackpool B&Bs over the years, I have to say the Galaxy Hotel completely surpassed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. We visited during a very hot spell, and they thoughtfully offered us a fan for the room, which made a huge difference. They also helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which was very much appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean – honestly one of the cleanest we've stayed in. While some of the furniture is a little dated, it was well cared for and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We'd happily take comfort and cleanliness over modern furniture any day! The hotel itself was surprisingly quiet, with very little noise from other guests. The street outside was a bit lively, but that's to be expected in central Blackpool, and we had the windows open because of the heat. The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed with our 16-year-old daughter and could walk to everything we wanted to do. Coral Island, Central Pier, Blackpool Tower, The Dungeons, SEA LIFE and Madame Tussauds were all just a few minutes away, making it an ideal base for exploring. The price was about average for Blackpool, but considering the outstanding cleanliness, comfortable beds, fantastic location and genuinely lovely staff, it felt like we got an absolute bargain. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend the Galaxy Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the heart of Blackpool. We have stayed in hotels in blackpool a few times (my hubby family live there) and by far the most friendliest host felt our stay was appreciated and always asking if we needed anything and making sure everything was working and we felt comfortable N/A
