I had a room advertised as having a "private bathroom". However this was stretching the definition. The toilet and sink were in the room, however the shower room was along the corridor two rooms down.

It is in a good location to the Town I did ask for a lower floor ( has I suffer with my knees & hip) but the room was small with a double bed

Twice I have stayed here and it is the so quiet! Again a really good sleep which is rare in Blackpool ? Nothing at all

The couple were excellent and very friendly .only there was no breakfast If there had been breakfast

The host's were excellent they even sorted the problem we had with booking. Com trying to charge extra money halfter I booked at the price quoted by booking. Com Hotel could not falter

The owners were amazingly welcoming and would go out of their way to assist me with my suitcase and guide me to my room. I definitely felt welcome here. The room was tidy, bed was comfy and perfect for my weekend working at the Comic-Con around the corner ? Ensuite bathroom was tiny. Didn't bother me a lot, but for others it may be a challenge

My room was well-equipped and comfortable, and very clean. It looked out onto the front street and had very good light, which is often not the case with single rooms. The shower and toilet were external, which I knew when I booked, but they did seem to be genuinely just for me, and were clean and functioning properly. There was a basin in the room with a nice set of soap dish, toothbrush holder, etc. The WiFi was very good. Guests have use of a fridge and microwave downstairs, though I didn't use either of them myself. I would stay here again. The bed was a bit soft for my preference, and there was no bedside table, because of lack of space.
