Location, safety on the front door and our door . Amazing room and very clean. Beautiful soft beds and clean towels. Good price ,second time here Nothing.

I did not like anything The family room was extremely cramped there was a safety issue with an electric kettle being placed beside a child's bed, there was constant noise due to creaky floorboards in the room above, there also wasn't storage space for our luggage and not even enough room on the floor, and finally one roll of toilet paper for the entire family, very poor and I checked out after 24 hours.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was quite fresh. The staff was quick to respond. The location is excellent. The space is so small, there's nowhere to set anything on a table or shelf. We were given towels and mugs that were not clean but then they quickly delivered new ones.

The room was so spacious, tea and coffee, working fridge and everything was clean. The shower was nice and hot, we've stayed at so many places where this has been a problem so it made a nice change. Cant fault the instructions on how to get into our room and the property. Also ideal location as its pretty central to everything. I think maybe some tape on the step into the bathroom. But thats literally the only fault, if youd call it that. Just because im dopey !

Loved the view of the tower from the king room, loved the central location, thought the key locks and video demo of instructions were really helpful - it meant we could check in at a time to suit us without hanging about. The room was clean and spacious. Having the fridge in the room was really handy. Not a criticism as the bed would probably suit a lot of people, but the bed and pillows were too soft for me. Also, not the hotel's fault, but there seemed to be kids running around for a while in a room above us which meant it too a long time to get my daughter to settle - very minor issues though, and I would definitely still visit again.

Was absolutely perfect. Downstairs 2 bedroom, everything we could need was available.

Property was close to sea front and property was nice. Great we had tv with apps on it also had a fridge so that was good. Would come back and stay longer. Its supposed to be quiet time from 10pm but we had someone above us that was making a lot of noise for ages but other than that it was good.

Property was clean, well kept and very self sufficient Very hot in rooms and unable to open windows, however I appreciate it was a warm weekend during our stay and the windows is for safety so no scores lost there.

No breakfast in the hotel. Hotel must have like a kitchen and bars. I could spend more money there if available food and drinks.

The rooms were really clean. And the staff responded quickly and efficiently to requests I booked 2 rooms; they were on different floors. I guess it was because of availability

Very good

Really close to where we needed to be, easy check in, good communication with staff. Felt safe and secure and quiet considering how close to everything we were. Good size rooms, clean and comfy beds, fully working amenities. Good value for the price and for blackpool standards it was nicer than a lot of others we saw when looking to book. Also the terrace was a bonus in the hot weather. Nothing really apart from maybe the bathroom and shower looked a bit tired, but worked perfectly.
