Stay at 25

Room was on ground floor so no stairs to climb, very large and clean with separate bathroom!

The room was small but was clean and comfortable and had everything you need a big TV, a kettle, a fan, hairdryer, iron, a leather chair and the bed was comfortable. I had a WC right next to my room and a shower just down the hall both were spotlessly clean. Check in is done with key safes they send you the codes on the day you arrive I didn't have any problems. There's a sink in the room which is handy for brushing your teeth or filling the kettle. I didn't really see any staff just came in and out as I pleased 24/7 which is how I like it. They emailed me to see if I needed any clean towels or more tea and coffee. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Blackpool it was comfortable and there were no noisy guests!! Really good value choice and great location. Nothing really.

Goodl location, comfortable room. My host was very accommodating regarding to my booking dates and also upgraded me to a more spacious room, as the hotel wasn't fully booked midweek. I've known this place for a few years and I enjoy staying here.

I liked the proximity of everything close to Blackpool tower, winter gardens & promenade very clean loved the smell as soon as you walk in reception area clean room had tea/coffee, ironing board and iron, towels. The owner was very helpful sending over the information to gain access to the property and key safe etc overall I would definitely stay again but for longer bed was comfy too N/A

I love the room very clean, it had everything you needed for your stay, the bathroom was very very clean I also love how close it was to the front, as I can't walk that far I will definitely book to stay there again loved every bit of my stay there

There are obviously nicer, more elegant hotels to stay in Blackpool if you’re willing to pay the extortionate fees. Considering the price this is an excellent place to stay. There was plenty of space for 3 adults to share the flat. The garden was a particularly nice thing to have as the weather was shockingly great when we stayed! Blackpool can be pretty noisy, but this property was nice and quiet and private. We felt safe late at night and location wise it was so close and easy to walk to everything or catch the tram to things further away. We were there for the dance festival, so considering we had 2 women in our group we were very pleased about how many mirrors there were and the large bathroom for getting ready. Given it’s a basement flat there was a lot of natural light in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Living room was comfy, we enjoyed spending downtime there and loved being able to self cater as it can be an expensive week in the ballroom! Entrance felt very secure and safe, we had no issues. Considering the general standard of cheaper accommodation in Blackpool this was a steal, for the price we paid we were extremely pleased with the quality of what was provided. The master bedroom was a bit cramped, the bed has to be up against the wall so you have to climb into bed over your partner. Not the worst thing but if we stayed longer it would have been annoying. The living room light could do with a different bulb or just more lamps altogether, it was quite dark even in the day. We were a little concerned about loose plug sockets but not overly. The iron provided was not very good, maybe okay for everyday things but not good enough for formal dress shirts so if you are coming for a formal event bring your own iron!

Very easy check in very clean good facilities. There was nothing l did not like thought it was great.
