Great location, very close to everything going on in Blackpool. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The TV connection was a little dodgy but that’s okay. Breakfast was great, there was SO MUCH choice from cereal and toast to cereal bars, noodles, chocolate, croissants and everything in between! There wasn’t really anything not to like. The hotel was a little dated but this doesn’t have any effect on the stay and decor is personal choice!

It was the second time we have stayed at the hotel. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean, with all of the facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely. Good easy access to the town and main attractions. Overall, excellent value for money and highly recommended. Nothing that comes to mind

What a lovely hotel this is to stay at. We will no longer being staying anywhere else when we return. This will be our go to now everytime. Wonderful host. Lovely clean rooms and nothing is too much. So helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect aswell, thankyou for making our stay so comfortable. Nothing to dislike at this hotel

The room was decorated with care and there was everything in there that we needed. It had a pleasant ambience. We were welcomed really warmly and also Bob took care around our departure. The breakfast choices were really extensive and generous. It’s a great location for the beach and all that Blackpool has to offer. It was quiet so possible to get a good nights sleep. The breakfast room is a little bit cold and it would have been nice if the tables were laid for guests.

The owner was really friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and had bottles of water, crisps and biscuits on arrival. There was also a fan that was much appreciated in this warm weather! The breakfast was continental self-service which was full of options that catered for everyone. Located within walking distance to the sea front and main shopping area. We can't wait to stay again!
