Nothing Nothing Nothing it's being sold so no one called me as I wanted to ask were the room was as Im not good with stairs the phone no on booking .com was not contactable when I got there I was exhausted as it was really windy and nearly blowing you off your feet no one there ring a number to get in she came after 5 minutes bearing in mind heavy rain got in she did lend me a phone charger which I appreciated as my phone was flat by this time I bought 3 drinks found out my room was up 4 flight of stairs I crawled up the last 2 room wasn't up to much so I tried ringing contact no that hotel nothing to do with us anymore I tried saying ? over the bannister no joy finally decided to leave so was on the streets in Blackpool one of worst days of my life

The location was brilliant, close to the tower which is what we needed. Managed to get a parking space outside. The room was very outdated and filthy. The lady was nice and helpful but the man never spoke. Walking into reception felt intrusive as it was more like a living room area with toys and washing everywhere. The bar was closed as their child was poorly which can’t be helped, it can’t be easy running a b&b with young children. Breakfast wasn’t served until 9/10 which was too late for us, so we went elsewhere. Did the job for 1 night and what we needed, couldn’t have stayed any longer.

You will struggle to find a better host or a better breakfast anywhere!! Ideal location for the beach, tower and Winter Gardens.

Quirky, clean and comfortable, with the best of Scottish hospitality, and a fantastic location made this wee gem the perfect find for our trip. To top it off, the breakfast was amazing, and the owner couldn’t be more helpful - looking after myself, my mum and my wee dog - who will be back for more sausages! ?

Very friendly will definitely book again

Fantastic B&B, perfect location for Winter Gardens, where we were attending the darts. Parking around the corner, decent price for 24 hours as well. Full English breakfast the next day hit the spot. Graham was lovely. Will return for the next time we need to stay in Blackpool

Graham really makes this place! We stayed for one night as a stop over whilst working nearby, Graham was an absolutely fantastic host and went above and beyond for our stay. The bed was super comfy and breakfast was delicious, an outstanding sausage!! Well positioned for everything in Blackpool but quiet too.

Fabulous. Amazing breakfast..!!!!. So, so friendly and helpful, spotlessly clean with gorgeous deco. We stayed 4 nights and cannot fault anything. Will be returning and recommending to family and friends

Very friendly and helpful and beds were very cozy

Graham was really friendly and welcoming. It was great that we could have our dog with us. The room/bathroom/bedding were all clean and the breakfast was great. The location is also fantastic. The room was very cramped, and could do with some updating. Neither bed had a headboard.

Stay was good the owners very friendly . Service very good rooms a bit dated
