It’s near the beach it’s quite hotel Make sure clean plates and cups smell less please don’t mind

breakfast is ok. but the troster is slow and burn the trost. No heat of water for 4 days. I used the the keller.

Close to the centre which is a bonus Breakfast included Property was nice and warm Felt safe WiFi spot on Great view of the tower The mattress needed replacing in the room

Nothing. We entered property and swiftly left. Do not book this hotel. Not suitable for a dog let alone a human. Blood stains on curtain mattresses heavily marked. Wet stick carpets mould and dirt all around. Got to the property and left. Don't think a cleaner or member of staff have ever entered the place. Photo on here is not a representation of how it looks. The hotel is blue and rusting. Would not walk my dog in here let alone sleep there. Needs shutting down. AVOID

Me and my daughter arrived an hour before check in, before the cleaners had chance to clean it, I asked the cleaner if we could leave our bag in the room and come back later she said that was fine, which was great not having to carry it around. We only stayed for one night but was very happy with our stay. The breakfast was great if you like a greasy fry up which I do, they also have cerial options which is great, and fresh orange and apple juice which was also great as my daughter loves a glass with her cerial. The door did slam, which felt a little bad about the possibility of waking people up as we went down for breakfast.

Location very good. Just where we needed it. Near to the sea. Town and Tower. Breakfast very nice.

Location was perfect. The dirty, hairy unvacuumed carpets, sticky surfaces, the shower had no hot water. The family room was on fourth floor, having to carry pushchairs and luggage up eight flights stairs stepping over a dead butteand a clump of hair! The window had no safety lock so unable to open it with two small children on the fourth floor. Inedible breakfast with sticky utensils, crockery and table surfaces.

Convienent for bus pick up and tower lots of shops and places to eat. Owner contact only staff face to face contact was the man who brought out breakfast. Any problems had to phone

Great value for money in a great location. Breakfast has lots of options. Some areas of the rooms just need a fresh bit of paint but everything works as it should and the general cleanliness is good. Some of the glasses and jugs just need replacing from the breakfast bar.

Right from booking we were kept updated with all information required when we arrived the staff were friendly the electronic door access was perfect no messing with keys.The room was a good size clean and the beds were so comfy I wanted to stay longer.It was perfect location for what we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.The breakfast was delicious very good choice of hot and cold breakfast drinks included we was really pleased with the whole thing and will definitely be booking again There wasn't a single thing we disliked it was perfect for us and the value for money cant be faulted.Im just sorry I didnt book for longer but definitely will next time

Fantastic location couldn't get much better, room was clean and had everything we needed lovely comfy bed, kettle and teas / coffees etc, even had a tower view, great wifi. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Shame the bar wasn't open but hopefully it is next visit Amazing value for money ... Nothing...

The location was great. Codes messaged to me before arrival. Unanswered message I sent to the property re: some of the below issues. Bed light did not work. Tv did not work, (had no signal) there was no back piece to the remote control holding the batteries in place. Patch work done on the walls. Felt like I was above a carpenters work shop, (this was happening right outside my window) it was very noisy, could not sleep. Breakfast was coming out in drips and drabs, didn't seem prepared for customers coming for breakfast. Not enough juices, or hot breakfast items ie sausage, bacon, egg etc.. Shower room light did not work, so could only have a shower in the morning when it was light out. The shower room flooring was not level.
