Stephanie was very welcoming on arrival. Checking in was very easy and straight forward. Bedroom was lovely and clean, with soft towels and very comfy beds. Overall hotel was in a great location, easy walking distance to the Beach, Pier, Tower, shopping centre and the Pleasure Beach a short tram ride away. Would recommend and I'll definitely be staying again. Thank you Stephanie

The location was excellent very close to the Tower and not far from the sea front or Coral Island, also close to the car park. The staff were very polite and friendly, rooms clean The pillows were too hard, so I didn't get a good night sleep and as we we're only there for one night didn't mention it to the staff, I don't eat spicy food and the sausage on the breakfast tasted a little spicy for me but the rest of my party didn't seem to notice
