The staff were very friendly and helpful . I have a power battery wheelchair and him and his staff put it the hotel so it could be charged over night The manager has only had the place 6 months and he is doing his very best to make it look good and he will do it. He is a very strong willed person and looking forward to going nexts year.

To be honest nothing dramatic experiences start from cleaning till all day drunk people in the front door Everything

Location Tiny rooms No shower head on one of the showers T v wasn't working Cleanliness was poor Breakfast cereal and toast, no plates, bowls or cups to put it in and no one around to ask. No facilities to make a drink for breakfast.. Loud talking at night outside until early hours of the morning. Avoid at all costs.

Atmosphere Shower needs fixing the head itself was coming out properly

Nothing at all staff sit on the front drinking and doing drugs.. called ahead to see if my dog was okay to come to be told we accepts small dogs then when I get there to be careful as there was a fighting pit bull staying there Dirty rooms, rude staff smelt awful

I booked a room for my friend it was his birthday,there was nothing to like it was a disgrace When booking in after 4pm was told room not ready,was given another room with no towels or toiletries as was told there would be. Asked repeatedly from day one for towels on the second day I went to confront the girl about the towels that was repeatedly asked for,she said once again wait I'm busy I didn't leave the door till I got my friend a towel which was thrown at him . The place was for people that was homeless and had problems, people where outside the property drinking till all hours and making a racket. I spoke to some of the people that said DSS had put them there this place is not a holiday place should not be on bookings.com

Location Toilets left with no toilet roll and was asleep for clean bedding for days
