Hotel very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast cereal fruit juice full English breakfast and toast tea or coffee , good quality food. Felt very welcome owners really nice. Parking space was a bonus . Will hopefully go again. We were satisfied with what we had

Room very clean and spacious, a lovely touch with personal toiletries given. The host could not of been friendlier and a wonderful breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend,, it might be a wee bit from the centre but right near a tram stop. Liked everything

The breakfast. Lack of hooks in the shower room for towels and clothes. Door to shower room wouldn't close, and a very noisy extractor fan that needs to be changed. No hooks for hanging outdoor clothing in the room.

Incredibly friendly staff. Location was quiet and a lovely walk to the centre. There was nothing to dislike.

Beds were comfortable and the bedding was pristine. The hotel is in a quiet area of Blackpool but very close to the tram which was great for us. Nice and peaceful to sleep. Franco and Nagla were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Lovely fresh full English breakfast. It’s a lovely B&B not a lot to dislike. If I were being picky we went over a few very hot days and the twin bedroom only had a tiny window to open so found it a little stuffy.

The mattress dipped in the middle - not great on the back. Sound-proofing between rooms is very poor.
