The location of the property and the team there were so helpful and made me feel really welcome The room was lovely and clean with everything I needed and was also sent a couple of messages prior to my stay to ask if I needed anything extra Plus a great night in the bar later on was an added bonus !!! Nothing

Really welcoming couple, lovely breakfast,reasonable drinks,quiet area. Comfy bed. The little touches, tea,coffee,biscuits,milk, water and fridge.. Very very tiny shower, OK for us but if you're on the larger side you might struggle. (Tiger room) Frosting on bottom of bedroom window would allow privacy and light in, as had to have the blind shut constantly. A little freshen up is needed on the paintwork and ceiling wallpaper.

I wasn't in the hotel for long as was busy visiting family. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Enjoyed my stay, only issue is I'm clostrophobic and had a tiny room.

The owners and staff were outstanding. They made such an effort to make me feel special for my birthday. The hotel room had everything, iron, hairdryer etc. The breakfast was delicious and great location to Blackpool attractions.
