Because we paid for the night and on arrival the hotel was closed! Amazing that Booking.com would allow this to happen. Booking.com have also failed to provide any information about this matter even though I have contacted customer services! We didn’t get the opportunity to even stay at the property and I am yet to be reimbursed!

The property was very clean, good and quiet location. The staff on arrival was polite, very helpful and friendly. It was a comfortable staff for us as a family and we will be staying again :) -

Just a one night stay but made to feel very welcome. Everything in the room was spot on especially the little touches like toothbrushes, shaving kit, comb and even spa slippers. Spotlessly clean and a good breakfast (extra) which put me on for the rest of the day. Would gladly go back Nothing at all

Tom was a very attentive host, the hotel was spotless and the room had everything we needed. The complementary toiletries, food and slippers were a lovely treat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault anything.

Basic hotel, room rather small, and couldn't get the tv remote to work. Tom at reception was lovely though Room small. Tv remote wouldn't work

The owner was very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and good value for money. There were loads of little extras which you wouldn't expect for the price paid such as shampoos, soaps, hair nets, slippers, biscuits, crisps etc. There was a well stocked tea tray and the bed was really comfy. The price of the breakfast at 13 pounds felt a bit steep however I didn't try it as there were cheaper alternatives nearby.

Couldn't fault a thing, exceptionally clean, really comfortable beds, exceptional attention to detail. Complementary toothbrushes, shower gels etc even crisps and biscuits to go with our cup of tea Absolutely perfect

You could smell how clean it was before you even got through the front door Very comfy bed and rooms was so clean and we didn’t need to take any toilettes as they was all there for you (even tho we did )
