Great stay overall, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a good size and clean throughout. Breakfast was excellent. We would happily stay here again. My only complaint would be the mattress was a little firm for my liking.

Loved that the host messaged us at 12.30 to say the room was ready and we could check in when we wanted even though official check in time was 3pm. Breakfast was outstanding, as was the host. A couple of hooks or a towel rail in the bathroom to hang clothing/towels would have been useful. Definitely wasn’t a dealbreaker though.

Rooms were all modern, very clean and smelt new Slight mess up with our booking but was corrected straight away when we arrived

Friendly host. The best full english breakfast I've had in a long time. Room was very comfortable with twin double beds. Close to sea front just a couple of minutes flat walk away. Couldn't fault the Kirkview. All was good

We visited Chris the proprietor on 8/7/2026 he was excellent host very friendly. The guest house was very clean , and it was an excellent breakfast. Value for money and we will definitely be back Nothing

A great host, Chris. A nice big comfortable and clean room (room 3). A lovely breakfast, where we had a nice chat with Chris and other guests. A great location, 10-15mins walk to Blackpool Tower. 1 hour free parking outside the accommodation, useful for checking in and dropping off luggage and then we paid £13.40 for 24 hours parking at Bethesda car park, just around the corner. All in all a great stay.
