Very welcoming hospitality from Dot breakfast excellent , really felt at home , and will be definitely going back to enjoy my holiday breaks There is nothing I didn't like , excellent service throughout my stay

Dot who ran the B&B was the loveliest person ever, she doted on my daughter who wants to hire out the entire place for her birthday!! Clean, welcoming, brilliant location.

Never met Mike whoever he is! Met by Dot who was nice but found the job too much which was sad to see struggling. Room nothing like advertised stains on bathroom floor looked like a once loved hotel now very neglected, in desperate need of attention. Breakfast was big and very greasy. Who eats fried bread these days! Dot was struggling with breakfast and we almost felt guilty trying to eat it not to mention the cold beans. Had to make our own tea & coffee which was cheaper than cheap not that we expected too much for what we paid tbh.

An array of toiletries and a mini fridge was a bonus

We liked the fact that it was dog friendly and very close the seafront. Dot was an excellent host, she couldn't do enough for you.

The lovely lady host was very welcoming. Room was lovely. Provided with towels, toiletries and hot drinks. We had a fridge in the room was was brilliant in the hot weather. Breakfast was really good. Parking was much appreciated.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and had everything you needed. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again

Really good location. Parking easy. Host great. We are coming back next year for the darts and will be staying here and bringing friends. We had the family room for just myself and my partner so plenty of room. How much we paid for two nights you couldn’t fault anything.

We had a lovely weekend staying here! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome. Dot was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond by giving us a parking permit when the spaces at the front were full, which was really appreciated. The room was beautiful, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect too, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable!

My mum and I absolutely loved our stay here. Dot was a wonderful host, and made us feel at home. Our room was lovely and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy! Breakfast was superb, definitely what I needed before a big day graduating my first year of Uni at Winter Gardens! Nothing

Everything, even the little keyrings and pen gifts, absolutely lovely hotel and owners/staff Not a bad word to say about the place
