Good location Too much to write very rude rooms was bad dirty people smoking in rooms we asked for early check in 1230 when got there waited to one there kept ringing then he said check in not till 2 I said I did ask for early check in then we booked 3 rooms he only gave up code for 2 we opened the room he gave us was full of beer cans and stink Smoke too wow then when I asked he said didn’t know the problem other people in hotel complaining too hotel Needs a lot doing to it and defo some good management defo never go bk

Poor Hygiene and was not clean

location Not a child friendly Hotel at all! Our bedding had not been changed from previous guests, noisy guests swearing...no consideration at all for other guests. Our room backed onto a street full of drunks being sick right below our window, woke up at 4:30am to a couple having Sex next door very loudly......thankfully my 10 year old daughter did wake up! we were booked for two nights and didn't stay for a second night here, I just couldn't so had to spend more money and booked a night somewhere else. If you have children, do not book here. Photos are very dated, outside of the hotel does not look at all like the freshly painted one advertised and rooms the same

The room was good, clean and nice to stay, but the heating is time controlled. So if u wish to turn the heater on in any odd times after 1 am for instance it’s not possible for sure. As I tried to contacted the team on the night he asked me to call them in the morning. And, the cleaning is being done at 11 in the morning I guess, but in my experience they will not and should not interfere the privacy of the guests even if they are late for 5 minutes. But on the day I am about to checkout the room the cleaner however trying to enter the room knocked really hard as my girlfriend seems to be frightened as we got no such an experience before. Rest the cleanliness and room are good Mentioned

Bed was comfy Sick on the pillow and the shelve above the sink was slanted hard getting into the room

Basic hotel (exactly what you’d expect for the money you pay) with clean comfy beds. Stayed here numerous times and never had any issues apart from this stay where we had noisy rowdy men next door. However I messaged the manager and the issue was sorted straight away. Couldn’t ask for more. Great customer service from Tony and Jess. Will continue to stay here in future.

The price was cheap, and close to everything Mouldy food left in draws, poo stains in toilet. Hand-wash in sink (didn't get cleaned) stains and chips everywhere. Nothing like the phones. Got kept awake til 3.20am. Couple shouting above. And drug dealing in room one. Ppl was coming to collect in taxis from him. Empty drug packets on floor in room and bathroom. Shelf hanging off. And tiny tiny room, couldn't swing a cat. Beds was comfy, but wasn't clean. Had what looked like seman stains on the blue fleece

Parking space. Location . Clean bed sheets and towels. Clean shower.hot water. Dirty walls, thick dust on headboard and curtains. Smell of weed and cigarettes. Dirty carpet. Not enough milk, coffee etc in room.

We only had a short stay and we were in the budget room, but it was great for the time we were there. It was clean, the facilities were at a good standard. Very easy to navigate, close to all the main attractions of Blackpool great location. Staff were really helpful when we were needing a late checkout . And the staff were amazing!!! (Even though I never met anyone?). I accidentally left my ring, and I was under the impression that I was not going to get it back, however the hotel contacted me to say they found it and that they would post it back for me, which was absolutely amazing news, as the ring holds so much value, not money wise but sentiment, so I was really upset. Could not recommend enough!!

Easy and safe entry to both the hotel and room. No fan in the room, window didn't open much.
