The location was excellent Staff were great Breakfast was meant to be in with price, but when we got ghere they said it wasnt

It was in a good location and good value for money. The staff were friendly There was no towel provided and had to ask for one. You do expect to see a towel at any hotel. It’s only basic but good enough

Close to the amenities Room was very very basic, mold in corners of the room and bathroom, paper peeling off the walls. We paid extra to have breakfast, but when booking we were not told that the breakfast was an option of continental or full English.. we were only offered a continental, was very disappointed

The hotel was close to the front n tower There was absolutely no organisation with this hotel which they blamed booking .com for from what I can gather the hotel owner had a few on the street and let people manage the young lady was lovely and tried to help but the 2 men who kept hanging about were rude n ignorant , were not posh people we've stayed in Blackpool many times n you get what you pay for but the ceiling had a big water mould stain on it the mattress was stained the kids bunk bed was broken and the shower was covered in black mould. Breakfast was OK just a standard breakfast 1 sausage , 1 bacon 1 egg , hash brown n beans , there was cereal aswell n 3 peices of bread we had to ask for milk n spoons n stuff and the second morning I asked for bread to be told sorry we havnt got any we ran out last night we didn't get offered a tea or coffee she just went and sat outside so sorry to say I wouldn't bring my family here again or recommend it to anyone else

The staff was friendly and attentive and was helpful throughout our stay. They was a stain on the mattress and we didn't want to offend the owner and staff by addressing the matter, some electrical fittings was loose again we didn't want to offend anyone as they was more than friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfy As I had a single room, I had to share a toilet down the corridor and also the shower upstairs. But I was on my own so can’t complain

The location of the hotel was excellent for accessing the best of Blackpool (shops, arcades, attractions etc.) The pictures of the room were absolutely nothing like what we got, the pictures show a lovely decorated room with a view of Blackpool Tower but we got a box room reminiscent of a bail hostel with a view of the side of the building next door. We were asked on arrival if we would like a cooked breakfast and at what time, we said 8.30am, when we turned up for breakfast we was told we would have to wait until the shops open at 9am so they could go and purchase the bacon. We ended up having toast instead. When we did get a cooked breakfast on our last day, we were provided with one piece of what appeared to be vegan bacon (without being given the option of having non meat option), a spoon full of cold beans, a hash brown, sausage and tomato. The room next to us had started to be cleaned on on Sunday only for everything to be left outside the room (rubbish and a hoover) which was still there when we checked out today (Monday). The dining room looked more like it was used for storage rather than serving food. To sum up this hotels listing is the building equivalent of a catfish. I don’t see us returning to this “hotel” at any point in the future.
