Great variety to choose from. Cooked to individual's preference. Delicious meals. Friendly and helpful waiters and waitresses. We struggled with keys to open the door.

The hotel and rooms are a bit basic with little privacy in the garden. More like a Kids club a private garden area

We felt like away from the city, although the place is at the heart of 2 big roads. Perfect place to rest and dive in the pool during our journey. There's a lot of walking on the endless corridors to get to our room or to the mall.

Breakfast was decent. The bathroom sink had a major leak. I have been using southern sun and other similar properties over the years and they have not been very reliable and need additional maintenance that seems to be neglected and doesn't look good for a company that was the luxury hotel chain in South Africa

Nothing We couldn't sleep at all because of a big party in the hotel foyer which carried on until 3am in the morning. The security phoned us at 12 in the night, requesting us to move our car from a specific area as the security did not patrol in that specific area. There was no bar fridge or hair dryer in the room, basics you expect when paying R2500/night!

good location friendly staff we were in a non-smoking room, a guest from downstairs was smoking and his smoke came up stsirs and flooded our room. We had to air out the room for an hour We complained to the front desk, they didnt do anything. in the morning the same thing happened....so we rushed to check out.
