Gorgeous property and beautiful views. The staff were wonderful too. It was 100 and the room didn’t have air conditioning. We adapted, opened the windows and survived.

This was a very comfortable stay, right in the heart of historic Blois. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the Blois Chambord train station and easy walk to nearby bike rental and sightseeing locations. A very satisfactory buffet breakfast was provided to start your day. Like many of the older hotels in France, there was no air-conditioning (cooling), but bedside fan is provided for your comfort.

Breakfast was exceptional in a lovely sitting room for that purpose.
-
Facing a busy street so it can get noisy.
-
Good price and location Felt uptight and cluttered
-
We loved how close this was to the Château and Centre- Ville. Super cute, charming , comfortable and clean hotel.

Location, staff, old feel of the property The room was very cold and didn’t seem like the room in pictures, it looked like it needed renovation
-
Great location, friendly staff. Run down, walls paper thin, disappointing breakfast.

The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The mattresses are a bit too soft and the floor makes a lot of noise. We had a baby, so not idea.

breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful as well. Parking options could be a little better.

Location was great; steps away from the chateau and a convenient public parking garage. The hotel feels very dated, but it has an "old France" charm if you're looking for something more authentic and budget-friendly. The breakfast was quite good for the price. The hotel is close to city center for access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is not modern, so expect to see older carpeting, fixtures, beds, etc., (but the bedding and rooms were clean). It's a 2-star hotel; set reasonable expectations. The desk is not staffed 24/7 but they provide a code to access after-hours; it is emailed in advance, and an envelope is left on the desk with room key, etc. Overall we had a positive experience and felt the stay was worth it; we would return here if needing a hotel in Blois.

Great location, quirky decor - imagine a happy version of the shining…Simple but that’s all you need. Great shower and soaps N’A

The hotel is in the best location - steps away from the chateau and steps away from the main shopping and eating area of the old town. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station and bus terminal. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. My window looked out onto a beautiful little park with its church and fountain. Nothing - I thought it was very good value

I loved the location and the view of the chateau and the church. Truly incredible. It was super helpful being located where it is.

The best hotel we have stayed in during our week in France so far!
-
The location. Close to city center There was a strong smell in the room. Mostly due to bathroom plumbing.
-
a bed was a bit dirty, we were using our own bedding for a child, the rest was good.
-
Our room was very dirty and unsanitary. There was a bug on the wall, cob webs all along the wall and the toilet paper had feces on it. Completely unacceptable from any hotel. When we told the person working at the desk, he offered another room but were very uncomfortable with what we had just experienced that leaving was our only option. We were then refused a refund upon exit and had to quickly find another hotel.

The view. All the hotel is very old. We need to ask for hot water. There is only one chair to sit on the room. There's no refrigerator.
