Great service from everyone! Loved the pool, restaurant, quiet rooms, and location near the river. Having in-room mini refrigerators would help with medication temperature needed, but they were so helpful to let me store my meds in their bar fridge until I needed them later.

Choice of meals in the restaurant was quite limited and the food quality at the dinner was average. There was a large garbage container in front of the hotel that damaged the view of the river

Very close to city center and the bridge across la Loire, which leads to less touristy part of Blois. The parking (not free) is conveniently located in the basement. We used this hotel while exploring the chateaux nearby. The bar closes too early.

Lovely swimming pool, food in restaurant was very good, staff was really helpful and wonderful senses of humor.

Check-in staff were great Room was very small. We booked the superior tour with top end hotels. This was the poorest of the bunch. We had a very fancy dinner with you. During a change of course, our waiter took a dirty/used knife, covered in sauce and put it beside my plate for the next course rather than giving me a new knife.

Even by the high standards of the Mercure chain of hotels, this one is exceptional. A beautiful, modern building which is mostly a giant, glass-roofed atrium, it provides huge, airy, light spaces. The bar in the atrium is a very comfortable and pleasant place to sit. There is a good indoor swimming pool plus sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. We ate very well in the restaurant. The bedroom was spacious and well equipped.

Big and clean rooms, very big bed, big safe. WiFi was very bad, it was almost impossible to use it. We had to use mobile internet.

We really like the staff. Everybody was super friendly and very welcoming. Also the position of the hotel is a big plus. You can enjoy a nice view over the Loire river and also you're close to the city center. I think that the furniture could be upgraded to a newer version. It has a feeling of a bit older furniture and a bit used.
