The location was good. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful to find places to eat. The restaurant they recommended was one of the best meals I had in all of France. We had drinks at the bar before dinner.

The location of the hotel is super, very close to the city center. The hotel is older than the pictures show. The parking was too small and full every day. Room was dirty and not cleaned well.

Front desk manager had great English, was very helpful, found us an extra pillow and even ordered a pick-up dinner from Osaka (tasty!) for us since we didn’t think our French skills would be good enough. The beds were comfy, linen crisp, and there was blissful air conditioning which worked exceptionally well. They were also very accommodating of our dog. And the room was exceptionally quiet. WiFi was pretty meh and there were some challenges with the parking gate code so a fair amount of back and forth to get that sorted (and since it was in the middle of a heatwave and at the hottest part of the day, it was a bit uncomfortable)

I forgot a jacket and when asked if they found it they answered and they were able to ship which was much appreciated. The staff was very nice and helpful

Modern hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Free city bus shuttle the N11 to city center at bus stop near hotel. Outdoor parking at the hotel. Great location for visiting the many chateaux in the area. Several restaurants within fifty meters of the hotel.

The location was perfect. Parking was secure. Room was quiet. Staff was nice and mailed my postcards. The thermostat was tricky to set and maintain comfortable room temperature. Room was cold when we arrived.

The room was clean and the car parking was easy and convenient. It was bit farther away from the centre than I realised, due to the hill. Breakfast was a little inconsistent.

Nice room, quiet. Could not adjust the aircon. It had a preset setting that guests could not change. It felt like the hotel was treating guests like children. The staff refused to admit there was a problem when we couldn't cool the room.
