Fleur de Loire

The rooms were nice. The staff are very nice. Parking is convenient. The Michelin star restaurant is amazing. The sauna and steam room are not working. The hot tub does not get hot. There is no phone in the room. The ac is just ok. There are no streaming channels on the tv.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff treated us like royalty and were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the bar and the onsite restaurants. The dining experiences were so nice and food was exceptional that we ate all our meals here. We will be going back to stay here for just a relaxing spa vacation. It was very enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect to visit so many of the castles in the area. There was not anything about our stay that we didn't like. Enjoyed it all.

Being across the river from the centre of Blois, the setting was very quiet and yet we could be in the centre, on foot, in under 15 minutes. The buffet breakfast was very good and the dinner in the Amour Blanc, to round off our week's holiday, was exceptional

a lovely serene hotel with extraordinary staff. Always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the amenities were high end, spacious and that soaking tub was just magnificent. The Patisserie Kiosk was a lovely quick snack spot with the most amazing pastries--you haven't HAD a croissant if you haven't had one from that kiosk!!! The best I ever had. Would stay again--many times! my only 'complaint' is the lack of wash cloths but I'm sure if i had asked, they would have given me one.

Location and clean No AC for 3 days.

Loved the breakfast, loved the outdoor bar area, our room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was awesome and so was the king sized bed. The outdoor pool was too cold and not very big. Our room was right above the outdoor bar area and was a little noisy one night when we were trying to go to sleep.

Nice hotel with exceptional breakfast, close to the river with a nice view. Overall that was very good experience, nothing to add about SPA etc. as we stayed just one night there.

As a stopover on a tour of the Loire valley this is a luxury spot to take advantage of the spa and the swimming pool. My only reproach is that breakfast is not included and excessively priced in my humble opinion.

Beware of this hotel. They take every chance to charge extra, even for issues you’ve already reported to the reception with proof. Instead of conducting a proper technical inspection, they relied on a cleaner’s feedback and overcharged you without considering your justification. To make matters worse, they charged you for something you didn’t even do. Foreign travelers to France and Blois, be cautious—I definitely won’t be returning.

The hotel was up to the highest standards regarding service! The room was spectaculous and especially I appriciated the valet parking inside the hotels garage! Had a small hickup with my deposit being used to cover the room service charge, as the receptionis wanted to make and extra charge and not use the witheld deposit for the payment, but as I declined of conducting in this matter the issue was essentionally resolved so no harm done :)

A genuine 5 star hotel located in a quiet area 10 minutes walk over the Loire bridge to the city centre. The facilities are excellent and the staff simply wonderful. Nothing.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Route from Calais took me via Paris which cost us an hour extra. Have to work out another route to make it workable.

We loved Charlie the most. Our small daughter has not stopped talking about him since we left. We truly hope to see him again one day in Australia.
