LOGIS HOTEL LOUISE DE SAVOIE

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Property is also perfectly situated across from the main station and a couple of minutes walk from the old town. While the property did their best to help during the heatwave by providing two extra fans, it was incredibly hot in our room. It reached up to 41 Celsius during our stay and the hotel does not have a/c, however the staff did everything they could to accommodate their guests. We do appreciate it!

A bit far from the historical town

Large and clean. Amazing room. Strong AC. Convenient for early train ride / neighborhood felt safer than most near stations. Easy walk to cute part of town. A little removed and no elevator.

When we arrived the room was very hot and not so easy to get a comfortable temperature in the room even with the air conditioning at full speed. However, these days were very very hot and the studio (which by the way is very nice) is just under the roof. So my suggestion is to ask the reception to switch on the air conditioning before you arrive if these are very hot days.

The price/location were great. Even though the hotel is next to the railway station, it was quiet. Our double room was what you’d expect for the 2 stars, but the the 3-person room was more than expected. Clean. We walked to the beautiful downtown in about 10 minutes and found an array of dinner options and bars. The blankets were way too thick. A thinner alternative would have been nice.

Central location with very comfortable beds. Locked parking available if booked ahead.

Location is great, staff was very welcoming and friendly, bed was comfortable. There’s no elevator. I had a very large suitcase and they put me in the attic room.

Breakfast was quite good, location was OK Car parking was awkward, not on site Our room had three beds but no wardrobe, not even any coat hangers for the three hooks available to hang clothes. Our window looked out onto an unkempt and untidy flat roof. We had a large central light fitting which should have had several bulbs in it but only had one - a cost cutting exercise? When we arrived the hotel was locked and we had to wait a while for reception to open - not good if you've arrived by train and have a suitcase to manage until you can get access to the room.

Personnel, situation

We were given a spacious suite recently renovated. Our host was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were delicious. Overall the stay was wonderful and excellent value.

The place is cute, clean, and right near the train station! It was easy to get to, check in was quick and friendly, and the breakfast was good.

This is a nice hotel. The lady on reception was very helpful and had upgraded us to a suit. The suit was comfortable and a good size. Location was close to the train station and a short walk to the Chateau and shops. For one night is was ideal. I would say that the hotel could do with some updating but that would not put me off recommending or re booking.
